Amerimix Masonry and Portland Cements

Amerimix offers masonry, stucco and portland cement mixes for a variety of concrete and masonry construction applications.

  • Amerimix Masonry Cement is a specially formulated high strength field mix mortar using cement and plasticizers for producing mortar, for laying brick, concrete block or stone.
  • Amerimix Stucco Cement is suited for scratch, brown or finish coat applications. Amerimix Portland Cement meets the specifications for Type I & II cements and general use. It is a cost-effective material used in a variety of applications including cast-in-place, precast, tilt-up, drains, bridges, roads and concrete masonry units.

Environmentally Friendly Mortar and Stucco Cement

Amerimix greencore® 65=80 is an environmentally friendly mortar and stucco cement concentrate that can reduce the amount of material used by up to 20%. greencore® 65=80 offers a number of benefits over typical mortar and stucco cement.

  • A 65 lb. bag of greencore® 65=80 provides the same yield as a typical 80 lb. bag of masonry or stucco cement.
  • Amerimix greencore® 65=80 is designed for producing masonry mortars for a variety of interior or exterior applications.
  • Formulated for low air content, greencore® 65=80 helps eliminate air bubbles and voids.
  • High moisture retention improves finishing and curing, while reducing shrinkage and cracking.

greencore® 65=80 Masonry/Stucco Cement

Amerimix greencore 65=80 Masonry/Stucco Cement is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional masonry and stucco cements. Conveniently packaged in a 65 lb. bag, greencore 65=80 will yield the same amount of mixed product as 80 lbs. of traditional masonry or stucco cement, sand and water.

greencore 65=80 has all of the benefits of masonry cement while maintaining the workability of stucco cement. It repels moisture better than conventional mortar/stucco cement but retains more moisture during curing to prevent shrinkage and cracking. Simply add sand and water.
