Water, Mold & Mildew Resistant (WMMR) Stucco

Amerimix Water, Mold & Mildew Resistant Stucco features a dual action formula to resist moisture and fight the growth of staincausing mold and mildew. Crystalline Waterproofing Technology fills tiny voids and air bubbles in the stucco to create a permanent, water-resistant barrier that allows the surface to breathe.

The Crystalline Waterproofing Technology continues to work even after the stucco cures, preventing water from reaching metal reinforcing and protecting against corrosion. Extended time-release antimicrobial agents in the stucco keep working after the surface structure has cured for long-lasting protection against mold and mildew.
